Detroit PAL is proud to announce The Corner Ballpark as an official activation site for kids during the 2024 NFL Draft. We invite the PAL community and beyond to join us for three days of excitement.
Bring the whole family and join us at The Corner Ballpark from April 25-27 and experience the excitement firsthand. Please note that all guests must be registered on the NFL OnePass App (download in App Store), and all attendees will undergo a security screening similar to airport procedures for entry. I am thrilled to share that I’ve been invited to be a guest speaker at the 28th NUCARS Awards Ceremony Gala, hosted by Northwood University! This event will take place at their campus in Switzerland.
The ceremony will bring together students from diverse backgrounds. They are all studying business management programs focusing on Hospitality or Automotive. 🌍 These students come from various countries, including The Netherlands, Germany, Sri Lanka, the United States, and Switzerland.
Being asked to speak at this event is a true honor for me. It allows me to continue mentoring students and provides another platform to emphasize the importance of giving our children a global perspective in life.

Reflecting on the beginning of a dream. In just four years, Young People Travel Global Edge has evolved into an award-winning youth organization, expanding across three states. We’ve impacted 500 students through our learning journey programs, spanning years of summer camps. Our youth ambassadors have ventured to Europe, Dubai, Belize, South Africa, and we’re now en route to Ghana. We celebrated our first graduating class, with students receiving full scholarships to HBCUs, including one who earned the prestigious Oprah Winfrey scholarship to Morehouse. As we embark on this journey, we are grateful for all the support we’ve received. Rest assured, we are committed to soaring higher and making a difference in the lives of students worldwide.
