Who we are
Young People Travel Global Edge (YPT Global Edge) was founded with a simple but powerful belief:
when young people are given access, exposure, and guidance, they don’t just change their own lives they change communities and generations.
Founded five years ago, YPT Global Edge is a youth development organization serving students ages 12 to 23, dedicated to creating the next generation of global citizens. We intentionally expose young people to international experiences, leadership development, and real world learning paired with long-term mentorship that supports students from middle school through postsecondary completion.
Our Mission
To create globally minded, socially conscious leaders by expanding access to education, travel, leadership development, and career pathways for young people. We don’t just prepare students for the world we prepare them to lead it.
Our Vision
To build a world where every young person has the opportunity to explore beyond their borders, gain global perspectives, and become a confident leader who creates positive change in their community and the world.
Who We Serve
We primarily serves youth from historically underrepresented communities young people who often lack access to leadership development, global learning, and career exposure. We believe potential is universal, but access is not and that is where our work begins.
