Janel F. Johnson is a young adult with a passion for travel and a wanderlust spirit. She believes that travel should expose a visitor to the true nature of a foreign locale. When in a new country, Janel can be found traversing local public transportation or becoming a regular at a local bakery. She loves to travel to experience how others live and to expand her view of the world. She is the definition of actively working to “expand your horizons”.
A native Detroiter and graduate of the illustrious Cass Technical High School, Janel now lives and works in Washington, DC as a program manager for the Society for Neuroscience. Janel works with the organization to host annual meetings for its 30,000+ members all across the United States.
